Pricing Guide and Arrangements
๐ฐ Pricing Guide & NDIS Support Catalogue (2024โ25)
The NDIS sets official pricing limits for every support item that can be claimed under the scheme. These price limits are outlined in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the Support Catalogue.
As a provider, it’s your responsibility to make sure you are following these rules โ especially when working with NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants.
๐ What Is the Pricing Guide?
The Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (also known as the Price Guide) explains:
โ How price limits work
โ What claim types (e.g. travel, non-face-to-face) apply to each support
โ How to set your prices within the NDIS guidelines
โ What flexibility you have when working with self-managed participants
๐ What Is the Support Catalogue?
The Support Catalogue lists every NDIS support item and shows:
Support item number
Description
Price limits
Claim types allowed (e.g. provider travel, report writing, etc.)
Whether the support is subject to quote
Youโll use the Support Catalogue when:
Invoicing a participant or plan manager
Preparing service agreements
Submitting payment claims through the MyPlace Portal or software (like HPA PLUS)

๐ก What About GST?
Most NDIS supports are GST-free, so you should not charge GST when invoicing NDIS participants or plan managers.
Even if your business is registered for GST, NDIS supports listed in the catalogue are generally GST-exempt โ unless otherwise stated.
