🔐 PRODA Assistance – Step-by-Step Help

PRODA (Provider Digital Access) is the government system you need to use to log into the NDIS MyPlace Provider Portal.

This is one of the first things you must set up when becoming an NDIS provider. Without a PRODA account, you won’t be able to submit your application or access key NDIS tools.

🧭 What is PRODA?

• PRODA is a secure login system for government services

• You’ll use it to access the NDIS Provider Portal

• It’s free and takes about 10–15 minutes to set up

• You only need to set it up once

🔧 How to Set Up PRODA (3 Simple Steps)

✅ Step 1: Create Your Account

• Go to the PRODA registration page

• Enter your personal details (name, email, mobile number)

• Choose a username and password

✅ Step 2: Verify Your Identity

• You’ll need to provide at least 3 identity documents such as:

  • Passport

  • Driver’s licence

  • Medicare card

  • Birth certificate

• The system will check your details online automatically (real-time)

💡 Tip: Make sure your name matches exactly across all documents (no missing middle names, etc.)

✅ Step 3: Link the Right Service

• After your identity is approved, you must link PRODA to the NDIS portal

• Choose the service called “NDIS Provider Portal”

• This will allow you to log in and manage your registration later
